Refund and Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

At ThankuNature, we reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Certain situations may lead to order cancellation, including but not limited to:

  • Limited stock availability

  • Technical or IT errors

  • Incorrect product or pricing information

  • Issues identified during fraud prevention or payment verification

  • Incomplete customer verification details

If your order is canceled after payment has been successfully charged, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 days or by the next billing cycle (as per your bank’s policy).

* Orders cannot be canceled once shipped or in transit.

* Refunds for such orders will only be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

* The inward quality check process takes a minimum of 3 working days.

2. Payment Authorization & Refund Rules

  • By placing an order, you authorize ThankuNature to charge your card for the full or partial order amount.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes of placing the order and must include a valid reason.

  • No refund will be issued if:

    • The product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling

    • The product is returned in used, altered, or tampered condition

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to shop with confidence at ThankuNature. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible reasons for return:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Expired product

  • Incomplete order

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • At least 75% of the original product quantity is returned

  • The product is returned in original packaging

  • A 360-degree unedited unboxing video is shared via WhatsApp or email

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

If the customer orders the wrong product, the to-and-fro courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Returns based on personal preference or reasons unrelated to quality, damage, or incorrect delivery will not be accepted.

All final decisions regarding returns and refunds rest solely with ThankuNature, and disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.

4. Return Process

To raise a return request, please log in to your account and submit the request from your order section:

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered

  • Original packaging is missing

  • Request is raised after 7 days from delivery

  • The unboxing video is not provided

  • Complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery

5. Money-Back Guarantee Terms

The 100% Money-Back Guarantee applies only to:

This offer does not apply to:
❌ Home category products
❌ Gift sets

The offer is valid only for purchases made directly from thankunature.com.

Customers must:

  • Retain original containers

  • Return at least 75% of the product

  • Ensure bottles are tightly sealed

  • Return products in original packaging

All returned items will undergo a quality inspection before refund approval.

6. COD Orders with Partial Prepayment

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where partial payment is made in advance:

  • If the order is canceled or refused by the customer for any reason, the advance payment will be non-refundable
