Delivery Coverage

ThankuNature delivers products only within India. We shall not be liable for any claims related to orders placed or delivered outside India.

Taxes & Duties

If an order is placed from a location where additional charges such as VAT, Import Duty, Octroi, Local Area Cess, or other government taxes are applicable, these charges shall be borne solely by the customer. ThankuNature is not responsible for paying any such additional taxes.

Purchase Limitations

ThankuNature reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of products purchased per customer, per household, or per order.

These restrictions may apply to:

    • Orders placed from the same account

    • The same payment card

    • The same billing or shipping address

Customers will be notified if such limitations are applied. ThankuNature also reserves the right to refuse or restrict sales to any individual or entity as deemed appropriate.

Shipping & Courier Partners

ThankuNature ships orders through reputed courier partners, and shipment tracking is available:

    • On the courier partner’s tracking page

    • Inside your account on thankunature.com

For deliveries within Mumbai, we may use local delivery partners to ensure faster service.

Our logistics are managed by third-party courier services. While we strive to ensure timely and safe deliveries, delays due to unforeseen operational issues may occasionally occur.

ThankuNature is not liable for delays, miscommunication, or misconduct caused by courier partner staff, as these factors are beyond our direct operational control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Package weight

    • Order value

The exact shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

COD & Partial Prepayment Charges

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry additional COD charges, visible at checkout.

    • For Part COD / Part Prepaid orders, a minimum fixed non-refundable charge applies and is clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Secure Packaging

All ThankuNature products are packed in high-quality corrugated boxes designed to ensure maximum product protection during transit.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure transparency and support in case of any issue, customers are required to record a clear 360-degree video of the sealed package and the complete unboxing process.

The video must show the sealed package being opened and the contents inside.

Delivery Responsibility Disclaimer

    • ThankuNature is not responsible if the package is received by someone else on your behalf.

    • We are also not responsible if OTP is shared by the customer before delivery completion.

    • We are not liable for damages caused by the customer while opening the package after delivery.

Reporting Damage or Shortage

Any complaint regarding:

    • Damaged products

    • Missing items

    • Short shipments

Must be reported on the same day of delivery using our customer support channels.

Multiple Shipments

Depending on product availability, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment via:

    • Your account dashboard on thankunature.com

    • The tracking link sent to your registered WhatsApp number

    • By sharing your order details with customer support

Tracking updates generally become active within 24 hours after the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.
